Shipping Information:

We ship orders within one business day of receiving payment - excluding weekends, USA Holidays, & periods of closure noted in scrolling text at the very top of our website.  We do not guarantee any date of delivery.  Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is up to the carrier to deliver in a timely manner.

FrugalFreight Shipping is your chance to save.  It refers to the lowest cost method that we can apply to a given item.  FrugalFreight is typically the slowest method due to its low cost.  Most items are shipped USPS, however we reserve the right to use another company such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Larger items may require the services of a Freight Company.  Online tracking may or may not be available for your order.

International Orders:

Customers from outside the US should be aware that customs charges may apply when your order enters your country. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.  CDI Online Sales bears no responsibility for customs fees.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from CDI Online Sales, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import restrictions in your country. Customs may inspect your package, and we will not refund orders that are confiscated by your local customs office.

All international orders will be accompanied by a customs form or invoice that will list the items in the package and their value. Such information may be communicated by the carriers we use to customs officers to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws.

Returns:

Only products that are Dead On Arrival (DOA) can be returned. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained and included with returned products. Only the cost of the least expensive return shipping method will be reimbursed.
